Type of contract: Employment contract Salary range: 17400 - 26700 PLN gross What will you do? Join a team delivering large-scale financial services platforms supporting investment banking operations. You will be responsible for designing and developing cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure, modernizing existing solutions, driving automation initiatives, and building scalable microservices in a highly regulated environment. The role requires close collaboration with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Your tasks Design and develop cloud-native applications using C# and .NET 8+ Build and maintain microservices-based solutions on Microsoft Azure Deploy, manage and optimize applications running on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Implement containerized solutions using Docker and Helm Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Develop Infrastructure as Code and support DevOps best practices Design scalable, resilient and highly available cloud architectures Collaborate with cross-functional teams on application modernization initiatives Support system integration and process automation projects Participate in technical discussions, code reviews and architectural decisions Your skills At least 8 years of professional software development experience Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core / .NET 8+ Experience designing, deploying and operating solutions on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Practical experience with Docker and Helm Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure services including App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage and Entra ID Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices and event-driven systems Experience with Kubernetes, containerization and distributed systems Knowledge of Azure networking, cloud architecture, scalability and high-availability design Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices Experience with Azure DevOps, GitLab and automation tooling Very good English communication skills Nice to have Ability to read and understand Java and Spring code Knowledge of Prime Brokerage and Swap post-trade processes Experience working within investment banking or financial services environments Familiarity with financing platforms supporting Prime Brokerage and Swap products We offer Hybrid work in our client's office (Kraków) 3 days a week Working in a highly experienced and dedicated team Benefit package tailored to your needs (medical, sport, lunch subsidy, life insurance, etc.) Online training and certifications Access to e-learning platform Social events
