Type of contract : Employment contract Salary range: 17400 - 26700 PLN gross What will you do? You will design, build, and maintain production-grade software solutions with a strong focus on AI-powered applications, modern backend and frontend development, and cloud-native platforms. You will work on integrating large language models into business processes, developing agentic AI solutions, improving CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring reliability, observability, and scalability across the technology landscape. Your tasks Design, build, and deliver production-quality services Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, testing processes, and platform observability Design, evaluate, and optimize prompts for production LLM applications Build and manage prompt libraries and versioning strategies Translate business requirements into structured prompt specifications Design and implement agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows Build LLM observability, evaluation, logging, and guardrail frameworks Support responsible AI adoption through validation and risk mitigation practices Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot Build frontend applications and integrations using React Work with cloud platforms, databases, messaging systems, and Kubernetes environments Your skills Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot Experience building REST APIs and event-driven services Strong React development skills Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis Experience with Kafka or similar messaging platforms Hands-on experience with prompt engineering for production LLM applications Knowledge of prompt evaluation frameworks and tooling Understanding of tokenization, context limits, temperature tuning, and LLM behavior Experience designing prompts for tool calling, structured outputs, and multi-turn conversations Experience with Kubernetes Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Experience with Terraform Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP Nice to have Experience with LangSmith, PromptFlow, Braintrust, or similar tools Experience designing memory-augmented AI systems Experience with multi-agent architectures Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practices Experience with performance optimization and platform observability We offer Hybrid work in our client's office (Kraków) 6 days a month Working in a highly experienced and dedicated team Benefit package tailored to your needs (medical, sport, lunch subsidy, life insurance, etc.) Online training and certifications Access to e-learning platform Social events
