Your Key Responsibilities Support all test phase activities during the development lifecycle Responsible for test plan creations, test execution, documentation, and compliance review Create and execute manual test scripts Performing and documenting functional testing and regression testing Record and track software deviations, defect handling and tracking Maintenance of existing manual test cases Regular coordination with all relevant departments Development of solution approaches regarding the test processes (manual, integration) Your Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in manual testing (mandatory) Experience in testing Salesforce environment (mandatory) (Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud) Good knowledge of JIRA, X-Ray, Confluence ISTQB Certificate Fundamentals (mandatory) SQL basics advantageous Very good knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) High quality and process competence Good communication skills Very good knowledge of English Flexibility As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
