Job Overview Works under the supervision of administrative division management to gain hands-on experience in various activities related to admin support, management, business support, etc. Job Requirements Job Description • Assist in monitoring and analyzing production processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement. • Support the implementation of lean manufacturing practices and 5S activities. • Collaborate with engineering and production teams on process documentation and work instructions. • Collect and interpret production data for reporting and performance tracking. • Assist in troubleshooting minor manufacturing issues under supervision. • Participate in safety audits, quality checks, and compliance initiatives. • Contribute to cross-functional projects focused on productivity and cost savings. • Gain exposure to the manufacturing processes of cables and antenna systems used in various connectivity applications. • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or mentors. Requirements • Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field. • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and tools. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and within a team environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to learn and take the initiative. What your background should look like Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.
