Overseeing production operations, addressing complaints, and resolving issues as per applicable laws and the organization's policy. Evaluating and assessing specifications, making adjustments to the process to ensure conformity to specifications. Interpreting procedures, methods, and correct use of production equipment for production leads and operators, ensuring standard and efficient processes are followed.
