These events take place every month, giving you regular opportunities to join us and learn more about a career in Audit. What is the Audit Recruitment Day? It’s a one-day, in-person event where you will: Discover Deloitte and our Audit practice Get an insider’s view of how we work across our main industries and clients. Step into the auditor’s role Take part in a short simulation exercise and tackle a practical audit case in an interactive and supportive environment. Meet our team over an informal lunch Ask all your questions, hear personal stories about career paths, and get a real feel for our culture. Attend interviews in the afternoon Showcase your skills, motivation and potential and let us get to know you. By the end of the day, you’ll know exactly where you stand: you’ll receive clear feedback and may walk away with an offer ! Program Our Audit Recruitment Day is a full on‑site experience from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. 9:30 – 10:00 AM | Welcome Arrival at our Luxembourg office, registration and informal welcome. Meet the team and other participants. 10:00 – 10:30 AM | Company presentation Introduction to Deloitte Luxembourg and our Audit practice: who we are, what we do, and how you can grow with us. 10:30 – 12:00 PM | Audit simulation exercise Step into the shoes of an auditor through a practical case. Work in small groups, guided by our professionals, and discover what audit looks like in real life. 12:00 – 1:00 PM | Informal lunch with the junior team Enjoy a relaxed lunch with our junior auditors. Ask your questions, hear about their day‑to‑day work and career paths, and get a feel for our culture. 1:00 – 4:00 PM | Interviews Take part in individual interviews for junior audit opportunities. This is your chance to present your skills, motivation and preferred industries. 4:00 – 5:00 PM | Feedback & next steps Receive clear feedback on your interviews and learn about the next steps in the process. You’ll leave with a concrete view of where you stand and potentially with an offer.
