Your Responsibilities Lead all HPA (Harness Production Area) daily operations. Ensure safe working practices and high quality standards. Deliver production according to project schedules. Manage capacity, workload and priorities. Develop KPIs and performance reporting. Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate closely with engineering, logistics, supply chain and installation teams. Develop team competencies and support future growth of the HPA organization. What We Are Looking For Experience managing production or industrial teams. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of electrical manufacturing, harnesses or assembly operations.
