Closing date: 05/10/2026 Number of positions: 1 Recruiter name: Fatma Alharthi Reference number: 73630 Workplace Type: Mediclinic Dubai Mall | Dubai | United Arab Emirates MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To provide daily administrative and operational support to the Pharmacy to enable effective service delivery to internal and external clients KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Provide daily general administrative services to the Pharmacy Ensure effective inventory support is provided according to standard company policy Effective collaboration with and support to the insurance teams to ensure accurate claims are generated Support and provide administrative assistance to the quality assurance, infection control and health and safety teams and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements REQUIRED EDUCATION A Grade 12 certificate REQUIRED EXPERIENCE At least 2 years' experience in an administrative position within a Pharmacy REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Basic medical terminology Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications Stock control principles and management All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
