Compliance including CQC Health and Safety Patient facing services Data protection HR
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will work closely with the Practice management team, providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure robust management and tracking of:
Complaints. SEA Incident investigations and reports. Data protection Health and safety audits and actions Contracts research HR Administration Policy and protocol review and implementation. Supporting existing Care Co-ordinators with Safeguarding registers. Provide support to weekly Board meetings taking minutes where appropriate

Main duties of the job
Ensure the practice maintains ongoing compliance with CQC Standards. Handle the management of complaints, significant events, patient feedback & learning outcomes. Coordinate and monitor health and safety risk assessments.
Ensure HR files are up to date Ensure data protection guidelines are in place and adhered to Research and identify contracts and pricing for new initiaves Identify actions and outcomes from Managing Partner emails Supporting Care Co-ordinator team with cover during annual leave/sickness including Safeguarding Register Other admin duties where appropriate

Qualifications Essential
GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths
Experience Essential
Essential Experience supporting senior managers and organisational projects Excellent organisational and project management skills Strong attention to detail Ability to interpret guidance and regulatory requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office applications Ability to build positive working relationships across multidisciplinary teams Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately Desirable Experience of working in primary care
