Key Responsibilities Fleet Sales
• Identify and secure fleet business with government entities, corporates, rental companies, and large private buyers. • Build and maintain relationships with key fleet decision-makers and procurement teams. • Develop tailored fleet proposals, pricing structures, and volume agreements in line with company targets. • Track tenders and bids relevant to government/corporate fleet opportunities in the region. Subdealer Management
• Recruit, onboard, and manage subdealers across the assigned territory to expand MHERO and VOYAH's regional footprint. • Set and monitor subdealer sales targets, ensuring achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual KPIs. • Conduct regular subdealer visits to audit showroom standards, stock levels, and brand compliance. • Provide subdealers with product training, sales tools, and marketing support. • Manage subdealer agreements, incentive programs, and performance reviews. Regional Market Development
• Analyze regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. • Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with national strategy. • Coordinate with marketing for regional campaigns, launches, and events. Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare regular sales, pipeline, and subdealer performance reports for management. • Liaise with after-sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and brand standards across the region.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in automotive fleet sales and/or dealer/subdealer network management in KSA.
• Strong existing network with government/corporate fleet buyers and regional dealers is a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multi-location dealer relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Knowledge of MHERO/VOYAH or similar new-energy/off-road vehicle segments preferred.
