What You'll Do
Assist with residential HVAC installations Help install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment Safely use hand and power tools on the job Load and unload materials and equipment Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Learn installation techniques from experienced technicians Deliver outstanding customer service in customers' homes
What We're Looking For
Valid driver's license Comfortable using power tools, climb ladders, lift over 50-75lbs, get into attics spaces, able to work hard Ability to accurately read a tape measure Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable, dependable, and eager to build a career in the skilled trades
