Guides assigned workers by ensuring completion of projects in accordance with trade standards. Provides information on the proper uses of equipment, identifying repair and/or replacement needs and supporting other skilled trades in completing work assignments. Implements and monitors code and non-code required preventive maintenance and maintains records for code manuals.
Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Trade School in job related area Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
Experience 2 years experience in a supervisory role Required 5 years experience in specialized field Required
