As part of our continuous growth strategy and commitment to expanding our presence in Costa Rican market, we are looking for a Sea Logistics Sales Representative to join our Sea Logistics team. This position will focus on developing business opportunities across the northern region of the country and strengthening our presence in this strategic market. This role is responsible for driving new business development, managing strategic customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow the Sea Logistics portfolio. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their supply chain needs and delivering tailored logistics solutions that generate long term value. The position plays a key role in expanding market share, strengthening customer partnerships, and contributing to the sustainable growth of the Sea Logistics business.
How you create impact
• Develop and grow a portfolio of Sea Logistics customers by identifying new business opportunities and generating sustainable revenue growth in the Costa Rican market. • Build and maintain long term relationships with strategic customers, understanding their supply chain needs and positioning tailored logistics solutions that create value. • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, opportunity qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. • Design and present end to end logistics solutions across ocean freight and integrated supply chain services, collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements. • Represent the company in networking activities, industry events, and customer engagements, strengthening market presence and driving new business opportunities.
What we would like you to bring
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in Sea Logistics, Freight Forwarding, International Logistics, Supply Chain, or related industries.
• Proven track record in business development, customer acquisition, account management, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience managing strategic or corporate accounts and developing long term customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of import/export processes, ocean freight solutions, and international trade.
• Experience working with multinational or regional customers is highly desirable.
• Intermediate English level (B2), both written and conversational.
