Who are we looking for? MSD is a company that drives change and delivers effective solutions across its organization. In this dynamic environment, there is a clear need for enthusiastic talent to support the most modern developments in our internal Project Management Office (PMO). We are currently searching for a Project Management Intern to join our team, learn the fundamentals of corporate project management, and assist in coordinating new projects. Our ideal candidate is communicative, not afraid to ask question, passionate about starting a career in project management, eager to collaborate with stakeholders, and ready to support projects across multiple streams and divisions utilizing modern tools and ways of working.
Interning as a Project Management Intern, you will:
• Assist in delivering project objectives according to set expectations, under the guidance of senior team members. • Help organize recurrent meetings (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad hoc calls, including preparing agendas and capturing key takeaways. • Support project managers in establishing, updating, and tracking project milestones and timelines. • Assist in developing and maintaining project contents such as project overviews, communication plans, and trackers. • Help monitor project progress and proactively highlight any potential risks to timeline constraints to the broader team.
What should you know / have?
• Currently pursuing a university degree with at least 6 months of studies ahead. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English • Strong interpersonal skills • Exceptional organizational abilities • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong drive to learn
What will you learn?
• Learn basics of project management in an established environment • Gain a solid, hands-on understanding of project components, objectives, timelines, and stakeholder management. • Learn how to organize and maintain consistent governance and effective communication across various global teams and stakeholder groups. • Apply industry-standard project management principles and best practices aligned with the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework. • Jira, Confluence, AI-capabilities
