Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. This position is on 2nd shift working a 4/10 Monday through Thursday schedule. (3:30pm-2:00am). An additional 10% shift differential will be added to the base rate.
We are seeking a Test Technician for our Second Shift manufacturing team. Key Roles and Responsibilities include: Performing routine and varied tasks to ensure that production standards are met. Sets up, calibrates, tests and troubleshoots production assemblies. Projects may range from simple to complex. Sets up test apparatus and conducts tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences. Lays out and assembles units for production equipment according to designs and specifications. Adjusts and calibrates systems as needed. Modifies equipment by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by predetermined diagrams and sketches. Corrects malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts or components as directed. Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.Required Education, Experience, & Skills • 2 years work experience fundamentals as a test tech • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings diagrams, hardware specifications, schematics, or written work instructions. • Must work well with a team. • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills • Secret Clearance • H.S Diploma/GED • Working knowledge of electronic theory and components • Experience in microelectronics and RF testing.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $47614 - $76181

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
