Job Description: In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion ⦁ Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews ⦁ Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications ⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations ⦁ Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables ⦁ Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

Required Skill and Experience: • Experience in project management and delivery governance. • Experience in test automation using Selenium - Java. • Experience in API testing and functional automation. • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Experience in client management and stakeholder engagement. • Experience in QA and quality engineering practices. • Experience in project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and execution. • Experience in risk, issue, and dependency management. • Experience in team leadership and people management. • Experience in offshore and onsite delivery model coordination. • Experience in test strategy, test planning, and quality governance. • Experience in status reporting and executive communication. • Experience in automation-led quality transformation initiatives.
Preferred Skill and Experience: • Experience in telecom domain. • Experience in Robot framework. • Experience in performance testing. • Experience in security testing. • Experience in usability testing. • Experience in test automation concepts and frameworks. • Experience in telecom OSS/BSS platforms. • Experience in network provisioning and mediation systems. • Experience in billing platform testing. • Experience in continuous improvement initiatives. • Experience in multi-stakeholder delivery environments.
Additional Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
