The Role

Working Hours:
Two different shifts available:
Rotating Days: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 2:30pm and Monday to Friday, 2:30pm to 10:00pmNights: Monday to Thursday, 10:00pm to 7:00am (36 hours per week)
Responsibilities
Become part of a skilled production team supporting a busy, high-volume food manufacturing operation.Work with modern processing and production equipment within a fast-paced FMCG environment.Contribute to the manufacture of well-known biscuit brands enjoyed by consumers across the UK.Support operational excellence by helping maintain efficiency, quality, food safety, and production standards.Enjoy a varied and rewarding role with opportunities to learn new equipment, develop your skills, and build a long-term manufacturing career.
Criteria
Previous experience within manufacturing, production, food manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or another fast-paced operational environment would be advantageous.Strong communication and numeracy skills with the ability to follow instructions and work safely within established procedures.High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.A positive and proactive approach, with the willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different production processes.A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively within a busy manufacturing environment.
