We’re looking to welcome a new colleague into our finance team!
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Controller to join the small & friendly team in our Head Office in Ashby de la Zouch. Joining a team of 7, this role will ideally suit you if you’re detail orientated, enjoy working in a vibrant & social office and always give a first-class experience to the wider business.
This is a full-time, 12 month FTC and the hours will be 08.45 – 17.15 Monday to Friday although there is flexibility with these timings as long as our core hours are covered & we operate a hybrid working policy.

Maintaining the cashbook – Daily Banking & Bank reconciliationRecording day to day incoming and outgoing payments and other financial transactions on DimensionsAllocating cash promptly and correctlyDaily reconciliation of unallocated cash, liaising with other business areas to ensure that all cash received is allocatedTaking card payments & processing customer refundsPreparing and distributing reports showing the ageing of sales ledger debtRaising VAT only invoices and credit notesIssuing monthly customer statementsDealing with a centralised inboxAd hoc projects as required The successful candidate will have...
