Your New Role
We are supporting a rapidly growing SaaS organisation situated in Reading, who due to their continued demand are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team. The role itself will be to manage a portfolio of customers and ensure they receive an excellent experience. You will manage all PAYE related matters for customers, managing and deducting pensions and advising clients on HMRC legislative changed. There will also be elements of advising and implementing areas of improvement.
Ensuring Your Success
You will be an experienced payroll professional, with strong software experience and knowledge of end to end payroll processes. Excellent stakeholder engagement is an absolute essential with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally. Awareness of HMRC legislation and keeping up to date with changes is also key. You MUST, have bureau experience.
