Hanover High School is seeking a Head Indoor Track Coach to lead the girls and boys program. The coach will conduct practices, motivate students, instruct on strategies and techniques, and oversee the administrative aspects of the program. Candidates should have a strong background in track and field and have coaching experience at the club, high school, or collegiate level. Must have a verifiable record of positive staff, student, and administrative support and relationships, and must place appropriate emphasis on good sportsmanship, positive attitudes, and character. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively, collaborate, and work positively as a member of a team. First Aid and CPR/AED certification is required and coach must meet NHIAA and NHFS coaching requirements prior to coaching. The official season runs from late-November to mid-February.
