About this role
Preparing and delivering lectures and demonstrations on various chemistry topics, including chemical reactions, the periodic table, and laboratory techniques. Supervising and conducting laboratory activities, ensuring student safety and proper usage of equipment. Developing and revising lesson plans, syllabi, and teaching materials to align with educational standards and curriculum goals. Evaluating student work through exams, quizzes, lab reports, and other assessments, providing constructive feedback for improvement. Maintaining regular communication with parents, teachers, and school administrators regarding student progress and academic performance. Maintaining student records, preparing reports, and fulfilling other administrative duties as required by the school. Participating in workshops, conferences, and other training programs to enhance teaching skills and stay current with advancements in chemistry. Creating a positive and engaging learning environment, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring a safe and organized learning space.
