• Support with planning and conducting practices, drills, and scrimmages
• Provides instruction and guidance to student-athletes, focusing on skill development, game situations, and the mental approach for JV/V softball players.
• Observes and analyzes athlete performance, providing feedback and suggested adjustments to improve softball skills across all areas of the game.
• Assists with equipment management, inventory, and maintenance.
• Helps organize team travel and logistics.
• Communicates with student athletes and parents in a professional manner to encourage and foster positive motivation with effective communication skills supporting student-athetes
