About this role
Mid-Prairie High School is seeking a softball coach for the 2026-2027 school year. We are looking for someone that can instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. The applicant must be able to instruct and demonstrate behaviors that lead to socially acceptable character development, self-discipline, self-confidence, and pride of accomplishment in the student athletes.
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Has the ability to organize and supervise a total sports program. 2. Must have or be able to obtain a coaching license 3. The coach must have substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport. 4. The coach must serve as an appropriate role model for student athletes through their instructions and actions.
