Millard West High School is seeking an Assistant Girls Wrestling Coach to join the Wildcat Wrestling program. We are looking for an energetic, dependable coach who is committed to developing student-athletes, building strong relationships, and contributing to a competitive, positive program culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong wrestling knowledge, effective communication skills, and a commitment to the values of education-based athletics and Uncommon Excellence. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with planning and conducting practices
• Provide technical instruction and athlete development
• Support competition preparation and match-day coaching
• Build positive relationships with student-athletes, families, and staff
• Support the head coach in developing and growing the girls wrestling program
• Model sportsmanship, integrity, accountability, and the Wildcat Standard
Previous wrestling and/or coaching experience is preferred.
