Palisades School District is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of Director of Facilities. The position starts the middle of December 2026. This key administrative role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, district-wide maintenance plan, supervising maintenance and custodial personnel, managing a budget, and ensuring the efficient operation of all district facilities, including the sewage treatment plant. The Director will also co-facilitate the Buildings and Grounds Board Committee. Successful candidate must have excellent communication skills while interacting with colleagues, School Board, employees, and the public. Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous school district experience preferred. This position is an Act 93 Administrative position. Salary range is $105,000 to $145,000.
