Salary: AEA Members: 15% of the Base Salary in accordance with the AEA Negotiated Agreement Non-AEA Members: 15% of the base salary on the Non-degreed Certificated Salary Schedule
Qualifications:
• Coaching experience at the high school or college level • Have a thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school staff, parents, and students
Duties/Responsibilities: See attached job description for essential duties and responsibilities. The following requirements must be on file to start:
• Valid Ohio Pupil Activity Permit • Current Coaches' Tool Chest Certification • Favorable State (BCII) and Federal (FBI) background checks • Negative drug screen result
Employees must follow all board policies, all state and federal laws, and adhere to the Ohio Code of Ethics set by the Ohio Department of Education. Subject to all applicable laws, essential job functions of this position include being punctual and capable of completing all duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
The successful candidate must meet the requirements of Pupil Activity Permit and complete any compliance courses assigned by Administration.
