Position: Part-Time Lunch Clerk Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Hours: 2.5 hours per day / 7.5 hours per week Daily Schedule: 11am -1:30pm Hourly Rate: $17.00-$19.00 depending on experience Start Date: As soon as possible Kingston Hill Academy is seeking a dependable, organized, and student-centered individual to serve as a Part-Time Lunch Clerk in our elementary school. The Lunch Clerk will assist with the daily operation of the school lunch period, serve prepared food and help provide a safe, welcoming, and orderly environment for students. Essential Responsibilities -Assist with lunch service and daily cafeteria operations -Support students during scheduled lunch periods -Assist with student meal counts and basic lunch-related recordkeeping -Help maintain an organized, safe, and positive cafeteria environment -Communicate appropriately and professionally with students, staff, and food-service personnel -Reinforce school expectations and appropriate student behavior during lunch -Follow all school procedures related to student safety, confidentiality, and food-service operations -Perform other lunch-related duties as assigned by school administration -Serve Food -Clean the kitchen space Qualifications -High school diploma or equivalent preferred -Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance -Ability to work effectively and positively with elementary-aged students -Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills -Ability to follow established procedures and directions -Prior experience working in a school, cafeteria, food-service, or clerical environment is preferred but not required Position Details This is a part-time position consisting of 2.5 hours per day on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, for a total of 7.5 hours per week.
