LEOMINSTER PUBLIC SCHOOLS DISTRICT-WIDE ADMINISTRATOR OF INCLUSIVE PRACTICES Leominster Public Schools is seeking an innovative, collaborative, and equity-minded educator to serve as our Administrator of Inclusive Practices. This administrative leadership role within the Special Education Department is dedicated to designing, implementing, and supporting high- quality inclusive education models, including co-teaching. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required * Valid Massachusetts Special Education Administrator license required * Extensive experience with special education, inclusive teaching practices, supporting a co-teaching model and small-group instruction. * 5+ years of administrative experience in evaluations and coaching * Experience effectively implementing professional development and professional learning communities (PLCs) focused on co- planning, data-driven instruction, and student progress monitoring. * Experience coaching teachers and staff through supporting students via student-centered lessons, with a focus on inclusive practices and co-teaching. * Strong knowledge of the MA state standards and the effective teaching and learning practices that promote success for all learners. * Conduct regular classroom visits to provide actionable feedback, coaching, and support. * Evaluate and optimize current Special Education service delivery models to expand less restrictive opportunities. * Use disaggregated academic and behavioral data to monitor student outcomes and drive continuous improvement in programming. * Lead or participate in complex IEP team meetings as necessary. * Other duties as assigned by the Administrator of Special Education and Related Services or Superintendent Please submit transcripts, resume, references and DESE Licensure.
