About this role
Position: Custodian Primary function: To perform general cleaning functions of the school facility to which assigned. Major responsibilities:
• Perform custodial duties as assigned by the building principal and/or the Maintenance Director.
• Perform preventive maintenance functions.
• Perform routine inspection of the school plant with the Maintenance Director.
• Follow established district guidelines regarding the request of custodial supplies.
• Report to and perform other duties as assigned by the maintenance/transportation director, principal or superintendent of schools.
• Provide a safe, orderly and clean environment for students and faculty at all times.
