Job summary
The Trust's Programme Management Office are seeking a dedicated, versatile individual to enhance our administrative and project support functions.
Situated at the Trust's headquarters at 2 Kings Court in Worcester, you will be part of a focused team that aims to consistently provide quality support to our clinical, operational, and corporate colleagues. Your role will be to help manage priorities, identify opportunities, and coordinate a range of programmes that aid the Trust in achieving its strategic objectives.
Main duties of the job
As the team's Programmes Administrator, your responsibilities will include general office duties, programme management duties, and contributing to a variety of significant projects. This role will offer an opportunity to further develop your skills and professional profile, working closely with colleagues from the Trust and partner organisations.
Candidates should have recent and relevant experience in an administrative role, with proficiency in managing large volumes of data and information. Excellent organisational skills and clear communication abilities, both verbal and written, are required. Experience in project management and familiarity with NHS priorities are desirable. It is essential applicants have an NVQ level 3 in Business Administration/Information Management or equivalent level education along with GCSE (Grades A-C) or equivalent in Mathematics and English. The role will consist of a mix of office and home-based working with some (infrequent) travel to alternative Trust sites.

Qualifications Essential
NVQ level 3 in Business Administration/Information Management or equivalent level education GCSE (Grades A-C) or equivalent in Mathematics and English

Experience Essential
Recent, relevant and extensive experience working within an administrative role Significant experience of maintaining contemporaneous information records including systems administration Experience of effectively communicating with a range of stakeholders including staff and managers in difficult situations Experience of handling large amounts of information, reporting on data and producing statistics in the form of charts and tables Minute taking experience
