An opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, enthusiastic, customer focused administrator to join our fast paced team.As a Resourcing Administrator with the Northern Care Alliance, you'll share our commitment to providing an outstanding recruitment experience to our hiring managers and new starters. Main duties of the job

You will have experience of working in a busy office environment, preferably with a fast paced recruitment background or high volumeadministrative environment - an understanding of the pre-employment screening processes and home office legislation will be an advantage.You will thrive in a busy environment, be motivated to organise your workload, multi-task and be able to make proactive decisions to improve the candidate journey. You will also be responsible for the delivery of a timely, accurate and high quality customer focused service ensuring saferecruitment practices are maintained.You will be involved in a wide range of transactional administrative activities from undertaking employment checks, to being the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers seeking guidance on the recruitment process. The role requires a degree of flexibility as you will also be occasionally required to work evenings and weekend to support recruitment open days and events.

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

NVQ 3 or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential

Experience of working in an Administrative environment Experience of using Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel Experience of working in a Customer Service environment Able to demonstrate organisational skills Experience of working well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Ability to work as part of a team

Desirable

Experience of working in a fast paced Recruitment, HR environment Knowledge of NHS Systems Knowledge of UK Visas and immigration guidance
