Job summary About the role As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the wellbeing of our residents through the provision of outstanding care, collaborating with colleagues and the wider Akari Care team. Qualifications Essential
The ideal candidate should have a kind and caring nature, enjoy supporting others, and possess good communication skills. Additionally, they should be flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice. An approachable and engaging persona is important, as is the ability to treat others with respect. Experience in a similar role is beneficial, but not required as training and development will be provided.
