Our Virtual Services team is looking for two Recovery Workers to join them in providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group. Main duties of the job
Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. Youll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery.
Our award winning virtual service provides online support to individuals , family members and professionals impacted by drugs, alcohol and mental health. We deliver brief interventions, immediate guidance, and access to onward support, ensuring no once faces challenges alone. We also operate Scotlands Know the Score and Drinkline helplines, offering confidential, compassionate and practical support. Through webchat, telephone support and assessments, our team plays a vital role in connecting people with the right help at the right time to support recovery. Find out more about the team here.

Person Specification
Experience Essential
We're looking for a compassionate and motivated individual, with an exceptional ability to build meaningful relationships. You will have demonstrable experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, or a clear motivation for wanting to work in the drug and alcohol sector. A successful track record of providing efficient and reliable customer service is essential.
You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage your time effectively. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do and has a positive and engaging approach to our clients and key stakeholders.
