Do you like things being organised, love bringing people together, and want to help build things that matter?We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Business Development Team in the Specialist Care Group.You won't just be updating spreadsheets all day, you will be working alongside our team to co-ordinate service mobilisations, business developments, supporting tender submissions and business cases, tracking actions and helping deliver real projects in real time within our services based across England from Cumbria down to the Isle of Wight.We are looking for someone with experience of co-ordination and admin experience who is ready to develop their career path in project management. Main duties of the job
o To independently manage a range of projects and provide project support to large/complex projects to deliver change and service improvements across the organisation to ultimately benefit the service users and staff whilst supporting Senior Project Managerso Engaging effectively with Services within the Specialist Care Group, wider Trust Care Groups and corporate team leads to ensure effective delivery of programmes and projectso Support the development of bids/tenders and implementation of new service developmentso Manage the planning and execution of multiple projects.o Work closely with Project Managers and Business Leads to support Care Groups and Corporate Teams to deliver positive and sustainable change for service users and staff through effective delivery of projects and initiativeso Support the Project Managers/Owners on developing project documentation, including identifying project scope, milestones and priorityo Build positive relationships through good excellent communication and engagement with Stakeholderso Ensure projects remain on track by management of project actions and through the identification (and mitigation) of risks and issues

Qualifications & Training Essential
Project Management qualification i.e. Prince2/Agile/MSP

Experience of managing a project to successful delivery Significant experience of supporting project teams within a project or programme environment Experience in monitoring and reporting on project or programme progress in a variety of ways including standard reporting tools Experience of supporting the development of bids/tenders

Experience of business planning Experience of group facilitation and management of multiple stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are delivered
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Essential
Comprehensive skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications including MS Project, Powerpoint, Word, Excel Knowledge and understanding of programme and project management structures and governance Ability to keep accurate and up to date project documentation to report progress and assurance
Desirable
Knowledge of Specialist Care Group services and understanding of NHS systems, applications and processes
