Responsibilities include monitoring resident wellbeing, managing care plans, aiding in personalized care planning, supporting medication requirements, undertaking staff supervision, and acting as a key contact for residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals. Candidates need to have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care, at least 2 years of experience in a similar environment, good communication skills, and a positive and flexible attitude towards supporting and nurturing residents and staff. The job offers a permanent position with a salary of £13.75 per hour, requiring a DBS Disclosure check covered by Avery Healthcare.

Monitoringthe wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changeimpactingon care and care plans, ensuring that new needs aremet,and written records are amended to reflect any variation. Beinginvolved in the person-centred care planning process, by implementing,monitoring,and undertaking monthly evaluations. Supporting residents with their medication requirements. Undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development where required. Actingas a key point for contact with residents, theirrelativesand visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing, ensuring that any reasonable requests are actedupon,and concerns or complaints are escalated.
