Willow Wood Surgery is a friendly, well-established practice seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Salaried GP to join our supportive and collegiate team. We offer an attractive opportunity for a GP looking for a well-organised, manageable workload within a practice where clinical support is readily available. Our Partners are based on site and work closely with the clinical team, providing advice, guidance and support whenever needed. We value a collaborative approach and strive to create a positive working environment where GPs feel supported and able to focus on delivering high-quality patient care. We offer flexibility around working sessions and are particularly keen to accommodate the right candidate for up to 6 sessions per week. Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role at Willow Wood Surgery involve providing varied, patient-centred clinical care through face-to-face and telephone consultations, supported by a balanced combination of online and telephone triage. The successful candidate will assess and manage a broad range of clinical presentations, providing appropriate diagnosis, treatment and ongoing care while working collaboratively with the wider practice team. Routine clinical administration, including results, Docman and medicines management, is primarily managed by the Partners, with support required only during their absence. On-call duties are infrequent and undertaken only when necessary, while home visits are very limited due to our established visiting service. The role offers a manageable, well-organised workload, with Partners on site and readily available for clinical advice and support. Applicants must hold full GMC registration and be included on the GP Register, and be on the NHS England Performers List or eligible to join. We are seeking a GP committed to high-quality, patient-centred primary care, who can work confidently and independently while also being a valued member of our friendly and supportive team.

Willow Wood Surgery is a friendly and welcoming GP practice serving a registered patient population of just over 7,400 patients. Our practice is led by two GP Partners and supported by a friendly multidisciplinary team of approximately 22 staff, who work closely together to provide high-quality, patient-centred care.
