Job SummaryYou will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the INFORMATION WORKFORCE DIVISION (IWD) of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Advising supervisors and hiring managers on strategic workforce planning and recruitment by interpreting Human Resources rules and authorities and aligning staffing with organizational goals, budget constraints, and mission requirements. Major DutiesYou will serve as the Civilian Workforce Plans and Services Branch Head and direct all aspects of the civilian manpower and performance programs.You will lead strategic workforce reviews and manage the process of position management.You will manage personnel data architecture and HR enterprise systems to establish standard processes and practices for maintaining and reporting personnel data.You will serve as an advisor and senior analyst for organizational performance issues, process improvements, performance management and organizational progress assessments with the division leaders.You will oversee programs to determine progress against long-range plans and determine necessary personnel, funding, and other resource adjustments.
