Job SummaryYou will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the Engineering & Planning Department (c-200) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.

Major DutiesYou will be responsible for directing and integrating a portfolio of complex and critical support programs essential to the Engineering and Planning Department's (EPD) mission.You will provide long-range strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance management for programs directly impacting shipyard maintenance operations and fleet readiness.You will be responsible for managing shipyard security, building management, space management, and emergency management for the department.You will establish and approve the department’s immediate and long-range goals and objectives and appraising progress in meeting those goals.You will anticipate and assure resolution of problems and deviations from established plans and objectives.You will exercise both administrative and technical supervision over subordinatesYou will carry out Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies and communicate support of these policies to subordinates.
