Major DutiesAs an Supervisory Inspections and Compliance Specialist, you will perform the following duties: Directing a staff comprising Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) personnel in the management and development of on-site audits, inspections, and/or reviews that ensure agency law enforcement offices, programs, and detention facilities are incompliance with Federal, Department of Homeland Security, and ICE regulations. Overseeing the development of recommendations and corrective actions. Developing long-range program plans, goals, objectives and milestones. Providing briefings, advice, and assistance at various leadership levels on government-wide detention oversight operations and program compliance. Serving as the office representative and cooperates with officials in the resolution of problems that cross organizational and jurisdictional lines.
