This is an exciting opportunity for a Retail Advisor / Beauty Consultant to build a career in premium beauty retail, working across various London locations and creating memorable experiences for every customer.
As a Retail Advisor / Beauty Consultant you will combine personalised service with a commercial approach, helping customers discover products suited to their preferences while working towards individual and account sales targets.
The Brand Ambassador / Retail Beauty Advisor will represent premium fragrance and beauty products with confidence and enthusiasm, develop specialist product knowledge, build customer loyalty and help increase brand awareness.
You will join a supportive, diverse and energetic retail team with opportunities to learn, develop commercial skills and grow your career within an international organisation.
DUTIES
Your duties as the Retail Advisor / Beauty Consultant include:
Sales Performance: Achieve individual and account sales targets through confident, customer-focused sellingCustomer Experience: Deliver personalised and memorable service, anticipating customer needs and recommending suitable productsBrand Promotion: Promote premium beauty and fragrance products with passion, confidence and enthusiasmCustomer Relationships: Build lasting relationships and encourage loyalty through exceptional service and meaningful engagementProduct Knowledge: Develop strong fragrance and product knowledge and confidently share expertise with customerMarket Awareness: Keep up to date with products, launches, industry developments and market trendsRetail Standards: Maintain the standards and expectations required by the employer and retail partnerTeam Contribution: Contribute positively to a collaborative, energetic and results-focused retail environment
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a one-to-one sales environmentFragrance, beauty or luxury retail experience would be advantageousEnthusiastic and ambitious approach to achieving personal and commercial goalsGenuine interest in people, relationship-building and sharing product knowledgeKeen interest in the beauty and fragrance industry and current market trendsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer-focused approach with the ability to understand and anticipate individual needsConfidence to create engaging and memorable retail experiencesFlexibility to work five days per week across Monday to Sunday
