About the role
Good Vibes Music Academy is on a mission to create unstoppable demand for music education across the South East. This is a pivotal time for Good Vibes, as we build the marketing foundations to support growth into new locations across the region. We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to turn our strategy and brand plan into the campaigns, content and communications that get people through our doors.
This is a delivery role, not a planning one. You'll take direction from our Strategic Brand & Marketing Lead and own everything that happens next: building it, sequencing it and shipping it. You'll be working across our website, email, social media and local marketing, often several things at once, so you'll need good judgement, real attention to detail and the confidence to make practical calls without checking in on every decision.
If you enjoy producing the work yourself, rather than just overseeing it, and you want to be part of a small, growing organisation with big ambitions, we'd love to hear from you.
What you will be doing Website and content: Writing and publishing blog articles, landing pages and case studies, making routine CMS updates and applying good SEO, AEO and GEO practice.Email marketing: Building and sending nurture sequences, newsletters and promotional e-shots, segmenting audiences and monitoring performance.Social media: Running the content calendar, publishing across our platforms, and tracking engagement and conversions.Campaign delivery: Turning strategic briefs into coordinated, multi-channel campaigns, and supporting paid activity across Google and Meta.Local and offline marketing: Coordinating flyering, events and community partnerships across multiple locations, and helping establish repeatable, scalable approaches as we expand into new areas.Brand and reporting: Applying our brand guidelines consistently, maintaining our marketing calendar and asset libraries, and reporting on what's working and what isn't. About you You're a genuinely hands-on marketer who's happiest producing the work. You'll likely have: Substantial experience in a delivery-focused marketing role, ideally running multi-channel campaigns end to end.Experience supporting a growing, multi-site or expanding organisation, and comfortable adapting central marketing to local audiences.Confident use of a website CMS and an email marketing platform, including segmentation and testing.Working knowledge of on-page SEO, and ideally some awareness of AEO and GEO.Excellent written English and the ability to adapt tone across web, email, social and print.Meticulous proofreading skills. Our audiences are parents and schools, so accuracy matters as much as creativity.Strong organisational skills, with the discipline to keep a busy marketing calendar honest.A genuine interest in music, music education or the creative sector, and curiosity about the stories that make our marketing work. A degree or professional marketing qualification is welcome but not essential. Relevant, demonstrable experience matters more to us than formal credentials, so if you meet most of the criteria but not all, please still apply.
You should also possess the eligibility to work in the UK and be able to undertake an Enhanced DBS criminal records background check.
