We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator - Supply Chain to join our Procurement Team.
The Administrator - Supply Chain Supply Chain will support the Planning team with all administrational duties for our wine business
Your key responsibilities will include:
Processing production paperwork and maintaining production recordsReceipting bulk wine on to IPL systemMonthly HMRC stock movement declarationMonthly bulk wine duty reconciliationSetting up future production jobs on IPL systemProcessing and checking all Third Party InvoicesRaising and receipting expense Purchase Orders on IPL systemRunning and circulating reports to stakeholders as requiredDeclaring pallet movements on to CHEP pallet system
What are we looking for?
Competent in MS Office applicationsPrevious experience of working in a production or logistics environment would be advantageousFlexible approach to workload and tasksKeen eye for detailExperience of working to deadlinesResourceful nature with logical approach to solving problemsExcellent communication skills
