Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum Location: Remote, with occasional team meetings in London (approx. twice per month) Contract: 24-month Fixed Term Contract Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptionally organised and highly detail-oriented Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support across a range of policy, communications and stakeholder activity.

We're looking for someone who is naturally proactive, forward-thinking and always two steps ahead. You'll be the person ensuring meetings are organised, diaries and priorities are coordinated, deadlines are met, actions are followed up and senior stakeholders receive a consistently professional and efficient service.

About the Role

As Executive Assistant (Policy), you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leaders and coordinating activity across the organisation.

You'll be responsible for ensuring that meetings, actions, projects, consultations, publications, communications and stakeholder activity are organised and delivered efficiently, professionally and on time.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being the person behind the scenes who keeps everything moving. You'll need to be comfortable managing competing priorities, anticipating what needs to happen next and taking ownership without always being asked.

Key responsibilities will include:

Providing day-to-day executive and administrative support to senior leadersOrganising and coordinating meetings, including agendas, papers, logistics and follow-up actionsManaging meeting notes and action points, ensuring actions are tracked and completedCoordinating diaries, priorities, deadlines and commitments across multiple workstreamsManaging correspondence and ensuring follow-ups are completed promptlyPreparing documents, briefings, presentations and other materials for meetings and senior stakeholdersCoordinating policy projects, consultations and working groupsMaintaining accurate trackers, databases, planning documents and filing systemsManaging multiple deadlines across concurrent projects and workstreamsSupporting the production of thought leadership content and consultation responsesCoordinating member communications and stakeholder engagement activityManaging website content updates and LinkedIn activityIssuing press communications and monitoring media coverageProducing reports and updates on communications, policy and stakeholder activityAnticipating upcoming priorities and proactively identifying actions, deadlines and potential issuesProviding general administrative and organisational support as required About You

This role requires exceptional executive support, organisational capability and meticulous attention to detail.

You'll be someone who naturally spots the small things, takes ownership of tasks and keeps everything moving. You will be comfortable working closely with senior people, managing confidential information and dealing with changing priorities.

We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator or highly organised Coordinator who enjoys taking responsibility and being the person others rely on.
