Summary We’re looking for a Business Services Co-Ordinator to work along one of the most beautiful stretches of coast in the country, to help manage our portfolio on the North Norfolk Coast to a high standard.
If you’re brilliant at organisation and creating order, and you love working with people, upholding high standards in service and presentation, then this could be the role for you.
The working pattern is likely to be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (09:00 - 17:00). You may be asked to work weekends and bank holidays, to work outside sometimes, and to support and sometimes travel to other National Trust sites.

What it's like to work here You'll join the the Facilities Department, which is made up of 3 staff, the Facilities Manager, a Facilities & Support Services Co-Ordinator and a Facilities Co-Ordinator. You'll also be part of a larger friendly team all working towards the conservation of this beautiful area of North Norfolk and helping to grow support to make our places For Everyone, For Ever.
The places we care for on the North Norfolk Coast are some of the most beautiful and wildlife-rich in the country. They include Morston Quay, Horsey, Blakeney National Nature Reserve, Sheringham Park, Brancaster Beach and Brancaster Staithe Harbour. All of which are also very popular with our visitors throughout the summer.
This is an important role which will help maintain good relations with key stakeholders, members of the public and the wider team.
What you'll be doing This is a busy place, there’s a lot going on and you’ll find that no two days are the same. Generally, you’ll be supporting day-to-day operations, and being the first person that people see when they come into the office.
You'll be assisting in the management of budgets, raising purchase orders and monitoring financial reports; as well as assisting facilities with compliance and contract management.
You may also be required to cover some of the Visitor Experience and Facilities functions, particularly during peak season. Tasks may include stock replenishment in toilets, support in banking, traffic management and reactive facilities maintenance.
Your advice and experience will be sought after by others beyond the office team. You’ll be a champion of best practice when it comes to business support, and will confidently challenge the status quo when you think there’s a better way of doing something.
