The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to act as a key operational link between the College, subcontractors, and referral partners. In this role, you be a Data Entry and Compliance Coordinator ensuring the accuracy of management of student records, enrolments, and compliance documentation, playing a central part in maintaining audit, funding, and quality standards across distance learning, apprenticeship, and employability programmes.
Working closely with senior leaders and the Business Development Unit (BDU) Management Team, you will support performance reporting, funding submissions, and compliance monitoring. The role also involves maintaining learning management systems, coordinating with internal teams such as MIS, and ensuring all student data is accurate, timely, and audit-ready.
In addition, you will build and maintain strong relationships with partners, act as a primary point of contact for operational queries, and contribute to promoting the College’s curriculum and services within local communities and businesses. This is a target-driven role, focused on achieving key performance indicators and supporting continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will:
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with experience in data management, compliance or administration within education or training.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex data accurately and efficiently.Experience of working with funding, audit and regulatory requirements, preferably within further education or training.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working with internal teams, subcontractors and external partners.Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to investigate issues, resolve problems and use initiative.Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy, customer service and compliance.Confident using MIS, CRM or learning management systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.Collaborative and adaptable, with a commitment to safeguarding, equality, continuous improvement and professional development. The salary for this position is inclusive of London weighting. Please note that we advertise our salaries on a range to indicate the trajectory of progression that can be made. Appointments are usually made at the start of the salary range.
