Full Time Salary: £28,836 - £30,552 per annum
Part Time Salary: £14,418 – £15,276 per annum
Contracts: Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week
Temporary, Part Time, 18.5 hours per week (up to 12 months maternity cover)
Location: Required to work across Wolverhampton and Walsall

About our Wellbeing Schemes
Our wellbeing schemes provide one and two-bedroom apartments for people aged 55+, set within welcoming, supportive communities that want to live independently.
Our schemes can offer:
Communal gardens, kitchens and loungesA strong sense of community and belongingA Wellbeing Officer that is on site. Days and times vary in each scheme during working hours on Monday – Friday. As a result, customers are able to live independently in their own homes, with the reassurance that help, advice and social connection are close by when needed.
About the Role
As a Wellbeing Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting customers aged 55+ who live within our wellbeing schemes or in the wider community.
Focusing on What Matters to each individual, you’ll:
Provide wellbeing support tailored to individual needsOrganise and deliver activities that promote independence and connectionHelp reduce loneliness and support people to age wellSignpost and work alongside partner agencies where appropriate You’ll be based on site within our wellbeing schemes up to five days a week, working closely with housing colleagues and external partners to provide a joined-up, person-centred service.
A flexible approach is required as you will work across our wellbeing schemes within the boroughs of Walsall and Wolverhampton, depending on service requirements. This may include working from different schemes at short notice to provide cover for sickness, annual leave or other operational needs. You will therefore need to be able to travel between our schemes as required.
