What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot engine issues, identify the cause of malfunctions, and provide efficient repair solutions Inspect, test, and adjust engine performance to ensure optimal operation
Maintain detailed documentation of all repairs and inspections performed
Stay up to date with the latest tools, equipment, and techniques in engine repair
Collaborate with service advisors and parts staff to ensure seamless workflow
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a small engine mechanic or in a similar repair role, with strong troubleshooting and repair skills Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on accuracy and efficiency Strong communication and customer service skills, with a positive attitude and solid work ethic Able to work both independently and as part of a team
