Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, PTO and Benefits Stipend.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, approximately 32 hours per week
Minnesota Ketamine & Wellness Institute is seeking a dependable, energetic, and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a float position that combines front desk responsibilities with clinical patient care.
We are a busy, fast-paced mental health clinic with a high daily patient volume. This position requires someone who enjoys staying busy, can shift quickly between responsibilities, and is comfortable helping wherever needed. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, friendly with patients, and works well as part of a close-knit clinical team.
Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administrative Support
• Provide front desk coverage
• Greet and check in patients
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Collect and process patient payments
• Assist with general administrative duties and patient flow
Clinical CNA Support
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Assist with monitoring patients receiving IV ketamine infusions and Spravato treatments
• Observe patients and promptly communicate changes or concerns to nursing staff
• Assist nurses with patient care and workflow
• Clean and prepare treatment rooms between patients
• Stock treatment rooms and clinical supplies
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
What We’re Looking For
• Current CNA certification
• Previous healthcare or patient-care experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Able to multitask and transition quickly between front desk and clinical responsibilities
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to take initiative
• Comfortable obtaining and documenting vital signs
• Compassionate and professional when working with mental-health patients
• Team-oriented and willing to step in wherever needed
Schedule
Monday: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Tuesday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Wednesday: 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Approximately 32 hours per week.
Compensation
Starting pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience.
