HOME CARE AGENCY IS LOOKING FOR RNs & LPNs WITH EXPERIENCE IN
G-TUBE FEEDING IN RALEIGH/DURHAM
Allcare Home Health Agency is a locally owned and operated agency that provides a variety of services to clients in their home and community environment.
Agency is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality in-home care services to our clients. We are looking to hire highly qualified, dependable and experienced RNs and LPNs to provide care for clients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
• G-Tube Feeding Management
• Wound Care
• Medication administration and management
• Provide one-on-one direct care in the home
• Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment
• Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care
• Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentation
Minimum Qualifications:
• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license
• Prior home care experience preferred
• Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands:
• Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
