Purpose of the role Work with PTP internal teams to ensure payment process go through and pay to suppliers successfully.
Well manage stakeholders expectations and relationship.
Foster a harmonious and active work environment.
Key responsibilities: Manage statement uploading, verifying and posting within required timeliness and accuracy for Area in Mainland China, Hongkong, Taiwan.
Drive critical suppliers’ payment – ensure payment for critical suppliers to be arranged before due date to avoid business impact via stakeholder management.
Manage suppliers’ habits and address supplier inquiries about payment process and payment timeliness.
Manage vendor reconciliation & payment request checking– ensure invoice & un-match follow up within required timeliness and accuracy for Area
Fapiao management/payment filing/VAT recon.
Balance sheet AP clearance and bank clearing account monitor.
Prepare and complete relative financial reports with high efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinate critical tasks and activities with high engagement.
Support team leader to review team issues and drive performance, analysis cost and payment process and propose any opportunities of process optimization to achieve productivity improvement target.

Project management experience is preferred Monitor performance to achieve SLA requirement,
No challenge and complaint from stakeholders.
Enhance FTHR to target and monitor open workflow 8+ & 30+.
Drive pending AP for critical suppliers to achieve no business impact.
Pay supplier invoice on time with 90%.
Wrong/duplicated payment is not allowed.
